I’m Ewan, 20, a freelance journalist. My writing falls under 60 national bylines with The Telegraph, The Independent, The i Paper and inews.co.uk, HuffPost UK and RightsInfo, and I have two years of reporting experience for local Archant and student titles. I also work occasionally as a paid freelancer for BBC local radio, and have experience as a voluntary broadcast assistant at BBC Radio Sheffield.
With flexible availability for news reporting and digital production shift work, I specialise in digital and mostly write on education, politics, equality and LGBT+ rights, and social affairs. I have a strong understanding of media law and have handled many legally sensitive stories at editorial level. I’m also available as a commentator in the broadcast media on student and youth issues , socially isolated communities, and LGBT+ rights.
Whether to commission me or just to chat, it would be great to hear from you.
